Denise Eleiott, LNHA | Executive Director
Prior to starting her journey with Bethesda in May 2016, Denise served seniors in health care for 27 years, holding positions in payroll, human resources, billing and billing office management, as well as a Chief Operating Officer. She has been a licensed administrator since 1995. Over the years, her love for seniors, and truly for all people, has grown to be her passion in life. She feels God has opened this door, and through Him she wants to touch people’s lives. “What I love most is seeing those familiar faces that we have been entrusted to care for and love,” she says. “They truly are our second family.”
Connie Garrison| Director of Sales & Marketing
Connie began her career with The Gardens in May of 2005 as the receptionist, and within a year was promoted to the Business Office Manager for both the Assisted and Independent Living Communities. Connie loved what she was doing, but the Marketing Director position came available and she submitted her application. Having been the Marketing Director now for 8 years, she feels this is a God-given ministry as she helps residents and their families adjust to this new phase of life. Helping people is why Connie loves her job.
Katrice Switzer | Director of Sales and Marketing
Katrice has worked in senior care communities for over 27 years and has leadership experience in the areas of long term care, assisted living and memory care. Born and raised in Springfield, she graduated from Missouri State with a degree in Gerontology. She finds working with seniors and their families rewarding and has a passion for assisting them through life’s transitions. Katrice came to the Gardens in January of 2018 and feels blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community with a solid Christian foundation. What she loves most about her job is that it feels like an extension of family.
